Do you provide service on your Staple Wasp guns? If so, how long does the service take?

We provide service on all of our guns free of charge, you will just pay for parts and shipping. We strive to keep our guns out in the field helping you. If you experience any issues or just need a tune-up, send it in we will take care of it. See our s ervice page for instructions.

What tools should I have on site for my gun?

A set of standard ¼” and 3/8” Allen wrenches to tighten loose set screws, and a small mallet to clear tougher jams (which can be used to strike to the top of the ground shoe).

Keep the gun free of excessive grease or dirt. Use WD-40 (or similar product) to clean your gun. The presence of grease will attract dirt, so just brushing the machine clean of dirt, grass & grime will help maintain its function.

We recommend using Liquid Wrench Silicone spray throughout the day, multiple times a day, to keep your Staple Wasp gun lubed and running properly.
